Free files to print on a Form2 printer for non-commercial use
Files only work on a Form2 printer! Please do not ask for STLs. There are no plans to release anything but the .form files anytime soon.
These files are for NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY. Please read the

LICENSE
This license is made between:
Hauke Scheer, Frankfurt, Germany ("The licensor/the licensor")
and
The person or persons who have downloaded and/or are using the files provided by the licensor. ("You/you/Your/your")
(jointly, "the parties")
These are the terms and conditions that apply when you download and/or use the files provided by the licensor. You are only allowed to download and/or use the files under the terms and conditions below. By downloading and/ or using the files provided by the licensor and/or by exercising the licensed rights (defined by the terms and conditions below), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set out below. To the extent the license may be interpreted as a contract, you are granted the licensed rights in consideration of your acceptance of these terms and conditions, and the licensor grants you such rights in consideration of benefits the licensor receives from making the files provided by the licensor under these terms and conditions:
§1 Non-Commercial License
The licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files provided by the licensor to 3D print models on a Form2 printer for non-commercial purposes only. This includes but is by no means limited to the following restrictions:
1.1 You are not allowed to sell any models that were 3D printed using the files provided by the licensor.
1.2 You are not allowed to sell the files provided by the licensor.
1.3 You are not allowed to offer commercial printing services for the files provided by the licensor.
1.4 You are not allowed to use either the files provided by the licensor or models 3D printed from those files for advertising or promoting either your own business activities or any business you own or are affiliated with and/or have a business relationship with. Advertising and promoting includes but is by no means limited to: TV, print, social media, online video, online sales platforms, trade fairs, exhibitions and conventions.
1.5 You are not allowed to share and/or distribute the files provided by the licensor either by electronic means or physical means.
1.6 You are not allowed to make molds, casts or any other means of mass production for commercial purposes from either the files provide by the licensor or from models that were 3D printed using the files provided by the licensor.
§2 File Integrity
2.1. You are not allowed to change the file format (".form") or any other characteristics of the file provided by the licensor.
2.2 You are not allowed to change the designs of the 3D models contained inside the files provide by the licensor.
2.3 You are not allowed to extract the 3D models within the files provided by the licensor.
2.4. You are not allowed to merge or import the files provided by the licensor into another file of the same format and/or a compatible format.
2.5 You are not allowed to import other files of the same format and/or a compatible format into the files provided by the licensor.
2.5 You are not allowed to change the names of the files provided by the licensor.
2.6 You are not allowed to use the files provided by the licensor with any other application then the PreForm application provided by Formlabs.
§3 Copyright
You acknowledge that all copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights in the files provided by the licensor are, shall remain the sole property of the licensor.
§4 Credit
Any public display of models printed using the files provided by the licensor, including but by no means limited to online publications, websites, social media, print publications, online videos, TV, public display cases, galleries, conventions and exhibitions must give credit to the licensor by clearly visibly stating: "3D models, designs and characters created and © Hauke Scheer. All rights reserved."
When the printed models are shown online a link to the following site must be included: "www.hauke-scheer.de"
§5 Avoidance of Doubt
For the avoidance of doubt you are only allowed to use the file provided by the licensor as described in paragraph 1 to 4. If you do not apply to the terms and conditions described in paragraph 1 to 4 your license terminates automatically.
§6 Change and Termination of License
5.1 The licensor is entitled to change and/ or amend the terms and conditions of the license at any time. A notice of the amends and changes will be shown on the website of the licensor.
5.2 The licensor is entitled to terminate the license at any time. A notice of the termination will be shown on the website of the licensor.
5.3 The license terminates automatically if you break any of the terms and conditions described in paragraph 1 to 5.
5.4 On termination of the license you can keep all the 3D models you have printed up to that point using the files provided by the licensor. All these models still fall under the same terms and conditions as laid out in paragraph 1 to 5. You are not allowed to print any new models after the date of termination of the license.
5.5 Any files provided by the licensor, including all copies, must be deleted from your computers, cloud drives, physical storage units and/or any other storage media immediately upon termination of the license.
§7 Place of Jurisdiction
The terms and conditions shall be governed by German law, and shall be subject only to the jurisdiction of the Courts in Germany.
§8 Retention of Rights of the Licensor
Any failure by the licensor to exercise his rights under this license for whatever reason shall not be in any way deemed to be a waiver of his rights, and in particular the licensor reserves the rights at all times to terminate the license.
§9 Severability Clause
If any part of this license is illegal, or becomes illegal as a result of any changes in the law of any state or country in which these terms and conditions are intended to be effective, then that part shall be severed and deleted and replaced with wording that is as close to the original meaning as possible without being illegal and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

3D PRINTING MATERIALS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN!
CHOKING HAZARD! Objects may contain small parts. Do not give the printed Objects to small children!
INJURY HAZARD! Objects may contain sharp parts. Objects are fragile and should be handled with care.
FOLLOW THE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED BY FORMLABS WHEN PRINTING WITH THE FORM2 PRINTER.
FIGURES SHOULD ONLY BE PRINTED, ASSEMBLED AND PAINTED BY AN ADULT. Always take safety precautions when using knives or paints or any other tools to assemble and paint the figures.
